Jeff over at OptionAddict had a post a while back on an article written by Geoffrey Colvin about what it takes to be great in one's profession. Instead of copying that article I will just provide a link to it here: Greatness
It is an excellent read that I highly recommend. I like to think that anyone can achieve great levels of perfection by "practicing with a purpose". More on that in a later post.
